Dear Educator,

Ray Henderson and Arbor Theatre have been celebrating the Winter Holiday Season with it’s adaptation of a classic Fairy Tale or Literary Classic for 21 years now. We have been proud to present such hits as “The Wizard of Oz”, “Camelot”, “Oliver Twist – The Dancical”, and last year’s sold out run of  “Snow White and the Seven Dwarves”, with over 4200 students having attended.

The timeless tale has been given its “Arbor Twist” adding high energy, humour, dance and music like you’ve never seen in any other version. The Animal Kingdom is in peril as the The Cardinal (as in the actual bird) looks to overthrow the King, with his army of (adorable) Ferrets and Skunks!

Arbor Theatre will return to perform at the beautiful SHOWPLACE PERFORMANCE CENTRE. We are also pleased to announce that Lakefield College student, Madison Sheward, will be returning to take on the challenge of choreographing “The Three Muskrateers”. This year’s production has been written by Ray Henderson and features 40+ performers (ranging from age 3 to…over 33) from local area schools such as Edmison Heights, CMS, Prince of Wales, St. Catherines, James Strath, ST. Pete's, Monsignor Jamot, St. Anne’s, Adam Scott, TASS, Westmount, Ridpath, Monsignor O’Donoghue, St. Teresa, and many more!  Among the veteran performers are Luke Foster, Dan Smith and Andrew Root (of the Citiots Improv). Beau Dixon will be conducting an original score.

The Show runs December 6th to 9th, 2016 at Showplace Performance Centre. Showtimes are 10am and 1pm. The cost is only $8 per student .Teachers are free and 1 parent chaperone for every 7 kids is free ($8 per for any number beyond that). Bookings can be made through our booking line at (705) 295-7046 or (705) 741-8763 or by email

Best wishes … and we hope to hear from you soon.
